• You have the right to share the location and photos.
• You grant Parkmandu a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display this information.

While we strive for accuracy, Parkmandu cannot guarantee that all parking spots listed are currently available or legal. Users are responsible for obeying all local traffic and parking laws and signs. Use the information in the app at your own risk.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use the app for any illegal purposes or to harass other users. Any attempt to disrupt the service or scrape data without authorization is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Parkmandu is not responsible for any fines, towing, or damages incurred while using the app or parking at a suggested location.
